PANEL 1:Alan is on his knees, one hand on the ground, the other clutching his chest, panting and breathing heavily. In front of him lies his sword, safe from the current.

PANEL 2:He clasps his hands to his sides, as if hugging himself. He shivers from the cold, still soaked.

PANEL 3:He takes a small twig in his hands and rubs it vertically against a tiny pile of twigs on the ground, trying to start a fire.

PANEL 4:Still shaking, he keeps trying to light the fire. The exhaustion on his face is undeniable.

PANEL 5:From Alan's perspective, the focus is on his hands holding the twig, rubbing it with effort. The edges of his vision begin to narrow, giving way to darkness.

PANEL 6:Total darkness.
