PANEL 1:Gefrei is observed by Mako as he approaches the bright window and continues: “Questions I can think of a thousand, but on this side of the ocean it is more frequent to silence them…”

PANEL 2:He concludes: “...And presume the answer”. He stands looking out the window, both arms clasped behind his back in a contemplative pose. Mako still can’t manage to say anything.

PANEL 3:Finally, Mako asks: “And what happened to commander Frederick?”.

PANEL 4:Gefrei lowers his arms, raising a hand in a gesture of resignation and sorrow. He answers, without turning around: “It’s been two weeks since he travels in the wind. Two weeks since I’m forced to sit on his chair”.

PANEL 5:He turns around, with a suspicious expression, to inquire: “Let me ask you, Lieutenants. What has delayed you? Horns… should you have come here a few months ago maybe today you would be speaking with him instead of myself. What is going on in Elean?”.
