There are 5 panels.
PANEL 1: Fran continues the story: “Not long after, we started getting threats”. In the image, Hector and Vince look out, dismayed, from inside the house. Wade is outside, his uneasy face reflected in the windowpane. His hand is posed on the wooden window frame, which displays a knife firmly buried into it.
PANEL 2: The black haired man asks, incredulous: “But… stepping over you? What did they do?”.
PANEL 3: Fran replies: “We used to go out and camp in a nearby forest, but occasionally we ran into these people. There were some places where they wouldn’t let us pass”. In the image, an alarmed Fran tries to move forward through the forest, but two men in front of her block the path. One of them has a hand into a fist and with the other hand he orders her to stop.
PANEL 4: The old man leans back comfortably in his chair and takes a sip of his drink, remarking haughtily: “Not to throw you the blame, but one deserves what he tolerates. You should have kicked them out sooner”.
PANEL 5: Fran slams her fist on the table, furious. She exclaims: “Oh no, tolerate nothing! We went anyways, even more if they didn’t want us there. You think we were going to let them take over so easily?”.
