There are 7 panels.
PANEL 1: The man orders Hector: “Hold her in place!”, while Hector kneels at the side of the bed, where Fran is lying on her good side with her back to them, and the arrow sticking out of her shoulder. Hector places his arm next to Fran, so that she doesn't fall or move. The woman moves quickly.
PANEL 2: The man turns around and commands: “Boo, bring me the…!”. He doesn’t get to finish the sentence; the woman quickly hands him a pair of pliers.
PANEL 3: The man crouches down to the side of the bed and helps Fran Lay down. Hector, standing next to him, watches attentively. There is another bed located almost perpendicular to Fran's, belonging to another sibling.
PANEL 4: Fran, lying almost face down, opens one eye in pain, and stretches out an arm trying unsuccessfully to reach the area where the arrow is still stuck. The man and Hector take a few steps away.
PANEL 5: The man, with his eyes still on Fran, says to Hector, who sits on the side looking worried: “As soon as I take out the arrow, press here with that”.
PANEL 6: The woman is sitting a few meters away, looking seriously over her shoulder at the little boy, who’s standing behind her. He watches the situation frightened, anxiously clasping and moving his hands. In the background, the other son stands holding his little sister in his arms.
PANEL 7: Fran screams, cries and trembles with pain, her face red as the man uses force with the pliers to extract the rest of the stuck arrow. With his other hand he holds her arm firmly against the bed to prevent her from moving too much.
