PANEL 1: Alan stops for a second, noticing he's carrying his large sword on the back.

PANEL 2: Wade takes care of it by removing the sword strap and carrying it. Alan carefully hands it over to him.

PANEL 3: Now Alan runs down the walkway, freer and lighter. Wade stands there watching him from the same spot, the sword strap dangling from his hand. Vince also stands still at the end of the walkway, a few meters below.

PANEL 4: Vince smiles with narrowed eyes as he watches Alan go by.

PANEL 5: Vince adresses Fran, who is standing a few meters away and turns when called: "Fran. Why don't you make sure he is not carried away by the waves?". Meanwhile, Alan runs without delay toward the water, leaving footprints in the sand.
