PANEL 1: Everyone walks silently, with Fran at the head looking over her shoulder at the rest, serious. Behind her, a few steps apart walks Vince, then Wade a little further back, and finally, Alan. Fran wears a dark tank top with fine straps and a jean short. Vince wears a somewhat spoiled white tank top.

PANEL 2: As they keep walking Fran observes Wade from a distance, who carries a sheathed knife with a wooden handle and golden details strapped to his thigh.

PANEL 3: Vince walks cheerfully admiring the path and the landscape.

PANEL 4: Fran continues to walk, looking stern and worried, toward his father.

PANEL 5: With Fran leading, they reach the top of a high dune filled with bushes and clumps of dry grass. Vestiges of small fences or wooden posts remain standing despite the erosion of sand and wind.
