PANEL 1:Hector has his hands closed into a fist, still holding the twigs on top of his bent legs.

PANEL 2:Alan and Fran pull backwards in defensibly. Fran even raises an arm to protect herself.

PANEL 3:Through Hector's eyes, the insides of his fists give off a strong bluish glimmer that becomes weaker towards the outside.

PANEL 4:As he watches his fists, his glowing eyes appear to be the same color as the glimmer.

PANEL 5:The glimmer has dissipated and his hands, trembling, open with palms facing up. Only at the tips of his fingers remains a hint of light, much less bright than before. Inside both hands are the two twigs, which have practically disintegrated to dust.
