From the far south, three friends, Alan, Fran and Hector, flee their hometown after killing a man in a crime of passion. As they journey across the continent they will have to learn to deal with clandestine magic, spies from an overseas warlike nation, and a collapsing world that refuses to change.

Just how far will they able to go before they get crushed under the weight of an unjust world and, most dangerously, their own inner turmoils?

Degaussing is an adventure webcomic set in the fictional continent of Gaoan. The story delves into themes of family, nature versus nurture, dealing with the imperfections and mistakes of the people you love and coming to understand just how far reaching the consequences of your actions can be.

No. We have preview content on Patreon, but it will eventually be published on this page. We have a philosophy of unrestricted access to art and knowledge. To support us, you can do it through Patreon, Ko-fi, or by purchasing a physical copy. If you can't or don't want to, enjoy it without paying a cent.

Which privacy considerations doa this page follow?

The site is GDPR compliant, meaning it follows the European Union's privacy standards. The site's code is open source, and it includes an explanation of the technologies it uses, explained in as many non-technical terms as possible. We believe everyone should know how the sites they use operate.

How do you work on the comic? What does Facundo do and what does Lucia?

The line isn't so clear. While that's what each of us does most, sometimes Lucía writes, sometimes Facundo comments on the drawing, sometimes we both do historical research on how different civilizations washed their clothes, sometimes we think of changes to the website's color palette, and sometimes we spend hours creating and categorizing fictional religions and how they affect societies. The only lines that have never been crossed (so far) are Facundo drawing and Lucia programming.
